Description
A compact 48 V inverter/charger with two independent high-voltage solar trackers for a professionally specified onboard or off-grid power system.
The Multi RS Solar combines AC conversion and solar charging in one unit. It provides 4600 W at 46 V DC, rising to 5200 W at 52 V DC, at 25°C. Solar and AC charging share a maximum 100 A battery charge limit; AC charging alone is rated at 88 A at 57.6 V DC. Built-in Bluetooth supports local configuration and monitoring.
Exact configuration
48 V battery model with hard-wired 230 V AC connections. Not a 120 V model. Batteries, external fuses, installation cables, GX monitor and remote-control accessories are not included. Solar panels are not included. This model does not use VE.Bus and cannot be paralleled. Generator support requires firmware v 1.11 or later and a suitability check against the current manual.

Warranty
Five-year limited warranty from the original end-user purchase, capped at 66 months from the Victron invoice date. Covers defects in materials and workmanship, subject to policy exclusions. Claims are handled through the seller or original Victron dealer. Victron decides repair, replacement or partial credit. Manufacturer cover excludes removal, transport and reinstallation; misuse, incorrect installation and unauthorised modification are excluded. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Installation
Professional installation is required. Specify the correct battery bank, DC protection, cable sizes, ventilation and earthing before installation. Configure charging for the battery chemistry and install current applicable firmware. Do not install in a wet or explosive atmosphere unless the manufacturer expressly permits it.
