Description
The Fortress FX-7 is a 1.8 kg aluminium-magnesium anchor for a correctly sized ground-tackle system. The anchor is supplied on its own so the rode, shackle and storage arrangement can be selected for your vessel.

Compatibility and installation
Follow Fortress's sizing assumptions and instructions for assembly, seabed conditions and fluke angle. Choose rode and connecting hardware as part of the complete anchoring system. Boat length alone does not establish suitability.
Warranty
Lifetime parts-replacement warranty: Fortress replaces damaged parts under its terms, with shipping and handling paid by the customer. Mud palms are excluded. Register the product and retain purchase evidence. This is not cover for a lost anchor or a guarantee against anchoring failure; international return or parts-delivery costs may apply.

Plan the complete anchoring system
The FX-7 listing is for the anchor only. Check the required rode and connecting hardware separately, and review anchoring and mooring equipment for other parts of your setup. An anchor, a windlass and a fender serve different jobs; choosing one does not confirm the suitability of the others.
