Manufacturer warranty
2 years standard; eligible new maritime products may qualify for 3 years after registration. Limited manufacturer cover for material and workmanship defects in normal use, for the original purchaser buying through an approved FLIR channel. FLIR chooses repair or replacement. Dated proof of purchase and serial number are required. Eligible new uncooled maritime products registered within 90 days can extend cover to three years. Obtain a return notification before shipment. Shipping, insurance, removal and installation expenses are not generally covered. Misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized changes and external damage are excluded. On-board service has separate installer and regional conditions and is not promised. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Installation and safe use
Follow the product manual and correct supply, fusing, mounting and network requirements. Imaging does not replace a proper lookout, safe speed, radar or other navigation checks. Detection depends on conditions; do not point thermal optics at the sun. Export or re-export may require authorization. This is the specified UK-market configuration.
