Description
The Victron Lynx Smart BMS 1000 (M10) Battery Management System combines battery protection, a main safety contactor and battery monitoring for a compatible Victron Lithium Smart installation. It is designed for a modular Lynx DC system on a boat with a 12, 24 or 48 V battery bank.
The 1000 A contactor acts as a backup safety disconnect and can also serve as a remotely controlled main switch. A pre-alarm gives an early warning of a low cell before shutdown. Bluetooth supports local setup and monitoring through VictronConnect; a compatible GX device adds system-level monitoring.
Compatibility
This model is for Victron Lithium Smart batteries. It is not compatible with the Lithium NG battery family. Batteries, Lynx Distributor modules, GX devices, DC cabling and external fuses are sold separately.

Professional system design and installation are required. Install in a dry, protected location and follow the manufacturer wiring, protection and commissioning instructions.
Manufacturer warranty
Five-year limited Victron warranty from original end-user purchase, capped at 66 months from the Victron invoice date. Covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer terms and exclusions. Claims are handled through the original seller.
